I was diagnosed with degenerative spinal disease 10 years ago. Against the doctors wishes, I continued to work taking care of the elderly. The work took a terrible toll on my condition, but I had to support my kids. Two weeks ago I lost my job, being unable to any longer do it well. I am trying to get social security, but it's an uphill battle. Please, please,....someone help me.
